New evidence is emerging in the Tarwacki murder case. On Tuesday, 28-year old Keith Lintz of Niles was in Cass County District Court to determine whether there's enough evidence to justify a trial for killing Carolyn and John Tarwacki, in there Niles home three years ago this February. Carolyn Tarwacki's mother Sharon McKnight testified she found a knife in a spare freezer after the murder. Police learned it had blood from both victims, but no sign of Lintz DNA. Two other women testified saying Lintz hinted at the killing around the time of the murder. There is still no evidence of a possible motive. Lintz remains in jail on bond.
