The Executive Director of Berrien County Historical Association will retire at the end of March. Frances Porter Snyder has been with the association for seven years and will stay on the job through March so the organization has enough time to find a successor. Porter Snyder pin points what she hopes is her legacy.
The re-branding has allowed the organization to bring more people into the association and preserve more items. After her retirement, Porter Snyder will serve as a consultant when needed. The Historical Center will accept applications for the position until February 22nd, they plan to hire a new director sometime in March.
