Single Vehicle Accident in Marcellus Township

Minor injuries is all a Marcellus man is receiving after hitting a pole with his car last night. 18-year old Jeremiah Hicks was heading south bound on Hemlock Lake Road in Marcellus Township when he dove over icy conditions, causing him to lose control of his vehicle and strike a utility pole. Hick's was transported to Paw Paw Lakeview Hospital by Marcellus Ambulance, seat belts were worn and alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
