Harbor Lights TV is holding a fundraising concert Friday night at The Livery in downtown Benton Harbor. Dawn Yarbrough is the creative force behind the public television show, which has aired one season on local PBS station WNIT and says she's facing crunch time for fundraising to ensure a second season.
An eight episode season has already aired, and WNIT is making the first season available to other PBS stations in the state of Indiana. Yarbrough says that will put the show out to a potential two-million additional viewers beyond the South Bend station's initial reach. Friday's concert will be recorded for a future episode of Harbor Lights, and Yarbrough says the suggested minimum donation is $50.
