The search is on in Bangor for that city's next city manager. Joe Sobieralski is leaving at the end of this month to head up the Southwestern Michigan Economic Growth Alliance in Niles, with his resignation being approved by the City Council this week.
He had only been on the job for seven months after most recently serving as the village manager in Stevensville. St. Joseph City Manager Frank Walsh assisted Bangor officials in their search that landed Sobieralski, and tells WSJM News he's been contacted again by the city. However, Walsh says he doesn't know if he will be involved this time around.
