$60-million is the tentative cost for facility upgrades and expansion plans to the Lakeshore school district. After four previous public forums to discuss the matter, a special committee presented information and feedback to a small audience at the high school Thursday night. Committee Member Pete Whitehead says from a millage impact, the $60-million bond issue is equal to two-point-four-mills.
