The drunk driver who killed three people last month was four times over the legal blood-alcohol driving limit. The "Herald-Palladium" reports during testimony at Wednesday's preliminary court hearing, a blood test taken at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo shows David Johnson had a blood-alcohol level of .32 percent on the night of the crash, the legal limit in Michigan is .08. Johnson faces three counts of second degree murder for the death of 24-year old Brittney King, 4-year old Kandice Berryhill and 2-year old Cassadi Berryhill of South Haven. Johnson was also injured in the crash, he was on crutches in court, the hearing will continue next Wednesday.
