Frank Walsh is leaving as the city manager in St. Joseph. Walsh tells WSJM he's decided to leave for family reasons.
Walsh will be starting a management search firm once he moves to Jackson. His last day on the job in St. Joseph will be August 30, 2013. Walsh says his decision did not play into the decision by Mayor Robert Judd to not seek another term.
