The "Workplace Fairness and Equity Act" is on a fact track to Governor Snyder's desk for signing. Thursday evening, the state House and Senate passed separate legislation aimed at making Michigan a right-to-work state. Former state House candidate, Democrat Jim Hahn, says what happened wasn't unexpected.
