Special Assessment is on Record

Just one day after a Public Hearing, the proposed special assessment is on file for all Benton Harbor residents to examine. Wednesday afternoon, City Clerk Kimberly Thompson released a notice stating the special assessment has been prepared for the purpose of maintaining the costs of public safety, it's in the office of the City Clerk for all to look over. Also noted was the second public hearing, its set for Monday, December 17th at 6:00p.m. in the Business Growth Center.
