Kate Upton Makes Appearance At Fred Upton's Reelection Party

There was some major star power in St. Joseph last night with the name of Upton, but it wasn't Congressman Fred Upton. It came from 20-year-old supermodel Kate Upton, the niece of the veteran lawmaker. The St. Joseph native hobnobbed at the Shadowland Pavilion for about an hour, but declined requests from WSJM News and other outlets for an interview. Ms. Upton said she was just at the event to support her uncle as he cruised to a 14th term in Congress over Democratic challenger Mike O'Brien. Kate Upton posed for dozens of photographs and had her image snapped countless times as she walked around the ballroom and chatted with those in attendance.
