Miss Southwest Michigan got a little love from the St. Joseph City Commission on Monday night. Sydney Harner is from Eau Claire and won the crown last month, and told the commission she has some higher hopes.
Harner was given a commemorative street sign by Mayor Robert Judd. City Manager Frank Walsh was a judge for the pageant.
