Frank Walsh Gets Stellar Review From St. Joseph Commission

St. Joseph City Manager Frank Walsh is getting glowing reviews from the city commission, but no raise. His review was released at last night's city commission meeting, with an "excellent" rating in all ten criteria on which he was judged. Those areas include planning and problem solving; organization; leadership and supervision and financial management. In summing up the review, Mayor Robert Judd wrote there are two main goals for 2013 for the city manager, with those being maintaining "a sollid financial position in the face of uncertain funding," and finish the implementation of public safey by making sure the firefighters have adequate training.
