Andrews University Seminary Dean Stepping Down

A search committee will be set up at Andrews University to look for a new dean of the Seminary. Denis Fortin is leaving that post after six years to return full-time to teaching in the 2013-14 academic year. In a statement, he said he's making the move for "personal and professional reasons" and needs a break after 14 years serving in academic administration. Fortin has also served as the director of the Master of Divinity program and as an associate dean. He was a pastor in the Quebec Conference of Seventh-day Adventists before coming to Berrien Springs and Andrews University.
