HMS Bounty Sunk By Hurricane Sandy

It was in South Haven within the past decade as part of a Tall Ships festival, but Hurricane Sandy has claimed the HMS Bounty. The replica tall ship sunk Monday morning off the coast of North Carolina. The Coast Guard rescued 14 crew members, but two remain in the water. Officials say they are wearing survival suits that will keep them floating and protected from the cold water for roughly 15 hours.
