Schools, local governments and Van Buren County will all share in a windfall from the Four Winds Hartford casino. The casino distributes two-percent of the annual revenue from electronic gaming at the facility under state law, and the first distribution is a little over $1,000,000. The cash has already been deposited to the bank account of the Pokagon-Hartford Local Revenue Sharing Board, and a ceremonial check will be given from the Pokagon Band to the LRSB Wednesday afternoon. That ceremony will take place at Hartford Township Hall at 4 p.m.
