Van Buren County Sheriff Dale Gribler says they have identified the Bangor Township man accused of larceny for allegedly trading two cows and selling another that were being boarded at his home. Officers are searching for 26-year-old Kenneth Ventresca, who told his landlord he was moving to South Carolina. At the same time, there have been reports he's still been seen in the area recently and officers are seeking additional charges of animal abandonment for allegedly leaving a horse, kittens, chickens, cats and others animals in the house after giving his keys to the landlord. Vantresca is accused of trading two of the cows for an ATV and selling the third at an auction in Indiana.
