Gasoline around Michigan jumped in price on Monday. After having fallen to the three-80s in the past couple of weeks, in most places around west Michigan on Monday, it was settling around three-99 a gallon. Patrick DeHaan, with Gas Buddy, tells us that the rise is really for no good reason:
