SWM Housing Market Continues To Look Strong

The housing market in Southwest Michigan looked stable in the month of August. According to the latest report from the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors, slightly fewer houses sold in the month than in August of last year, but the average price was up by seven percent. All in all, home sales in the region have improved in 2012, going up 19 percent...and the Association of Realtors says that the national picture has been improving, as well.
