Big changes might be coming tomorrow for the Berrien County Road Commission. All five commissioners have been summoned to a meeting before the Berrien County Board of Commissioners in the afternoon over the scandal that resulted in the demotion of managing director Rhonda Hildebrand to finance director last month. The county board is expected to inform at least one and possibly as many as three commissioners that they will either be removed immediately or won't be reappointed when their term expires over how they have handled the investigation into allegations of mismanagement and a hostile work environment. That meeting will follow the County Commission's regular weekly meeting in the morning.
