Gas prices are up again to start the week. Triple-A Michigan's weekly survey finds prices are up four-cents per gallon on average to $4.01. Spokeswoman Nancy Cain says Middle East tensions are taking the blame.
Locally, Triple-A puts the average price below the statewide average at $3.95. The national average is $3.86 per gallon.
