Tire Recycling Drop Off To Be Offered In Buchanan

You can recycle your old tires next month, thanks to an event being offered by Berrien County. On September sixth and seventh, the county will accept unusable tires at the Road Commission office in Buchanan, on Bakertown Road near Route 12. The hours are three to seven PM, and there will be a fee depending on what kind of tires you're dropping off. It's one dollar for a passenger tire...two dollars for passenger tires on a rim...five dollars for semi-truck tires...and ten dollars for oversize and loader tires.
