Amber Alert Canceled For Saint Joseph Girl

Police in Saint Joseph have canceled an Amber Alert that had been issued for a two year old girl. It was sent out on Thursday after Chloe West was allegedly kidnapped by her mother, who did not have custody, during a supervised visit between them and Child Protective Services. Saint Joseph Public Safety Director Mark Clapp tells us that Chloe was found unharmed in Chicago on Friday. She was to be returned to Saint Joe on Friday night, while the mother, Lisa West, awaits extradition to Michigan.
