Experts Remind Parents Of Connection Between Nutrition And Performance



It's almost back to school time, and that means parents have a lot to think about. One issue that doctors remind them of is nutrition. Experts say that kids who eat healthy will do better in the classroom. Dietician Tammy Gallow tells us that breakfast is very important when it comes to student achievement, noting that kids who eat that first meal of the day score better on tests than those who skip it.
