On Sunday, over 400 people are expected to gather in downtown Saint Joseph for a Walk to End Alzheimer's The event is part of the Alzheimer's Association's biggest annual fundraising program, and the organization's's Laura Wilson tells us that it gives people affected by the disease a chance to feel a sense of community:
The walkers will gather at the Whitcomb starting around eight-30 AM for registration, and the walk should start around nine-30. Wilson says that participants can choose between a three mile or one mile walk. To sign up, you can go to ALZ.org/walk .
