BH Commission Makes Several Board Appointments And Harris Moves To Nullify Them

Benton Harbor Emergency Financial Manager Joseph Harris on Wednesday issued an order nullifying some actions taken by the city commission the day before. Hightower disagreed with all of those actions, telling us that they send a bad signal to the state regarding the commission's governing abilities...and Joe Harris has similar thoughts. He issued an order late Wednesday declaring the new appointments null and void.
