Water Shutoff For A Handful Of SJ Residents Set For Wednesday

Some Saint Joseph residents will once again be losing water service for a day because of a road project that's been going on this month. On Wednesday, those who live on Willa Drive from Napier Avenue to Van Brunt, and on Thayer Drive from Napier Avenue, will have their water shut off starting at eight AM, and the shutoff could last until about six PM. City Engineer Tim Zebell says that the move is necessary to complete some fire hydrant replacements along Napier Avenue as part of a resurfacing project that's underway.
