Bill Cosby To Address Economic Club Of Southwest Michigan

The roster of speakers for the upcoming season of the Economic Club of Southwest Michigan is expanding. New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow was the first announced speaker a few weeks ago for a May 9th appearance, and comedian and television icon Bill Cosby will speak on October 10. While he broke ground as the first black actor in a dramatic television role on "I Spy" in the 1960s, he's best known as Cliff Huxtable on the award-winning "The Cosby Show," which ran on NBC from 1984 to 1992. TV Guide ranks Cosby's character at the top of its list of the 50 Greatest TV Dads of All Time. Cosby is also a Grammy winner for his comedy albums and a best-selling author.
