Now that he's secured another term as the Berrien County Drain Commissioner, Roger Zilke is ready to get back to the job of making sure the area's drainage system is able to meet modern demands. He tells WSJM that he's got no particular plans for major projects right now, and wants to focus on keeping the system up to date:
Zilke says that he's glad to have won this week's primary by running on his record of working with townships and other municipalities in the county. He beat a fairly aggressive campaign from challenger Christopher Quattrin on Tuesday by a comfortable margin.
