Tractor Stolen From VB County Field

The Van Buren County Sheriffs Department is looking for information regarding the theft of some farm equipment in Lawrence Township. Deputies say that, some time between late Thursday and early Friday, someone stole a 1978 John Deere tractor and 18 foot flat bottom trailer from a field in the 56 thousand block of 48th Avenue. The theft was discovered by employees of the farm as they came to work on Friday morning. The 18 foot blue trailer was used for hauling tomatoes. Anyone with information is asked to call the Van Buren County Sheriffs Department.
