State Representative Al Pscholka is getting the backing from the political action arm of the Michigan Association of Home Builders. Friends of Housing has announced its endorsement of the Stevensville Republican in the August 7 primary, even though he is not opposed on the Republican ticket. Political Affairs Director Dawn Crandall of the MAHB says they will issue another endorsement later this fall for the general election. Two Democrats, Jim Hahn and Mary Brown, will face each other at the ballot box next Tuesday for the right to go up against Pscholka in November in the 79th State House District.
