AMF Shuts Down Blossom Lanes

A long running business has been shut down in Benton Harbor. Blossom Lanes on M-139 went out of business Tuesday afternoon after roughly 50 years of operation. Staff members tell WSJM they received word Tuesday from their corporate office that they were being closed, with no explanation why. AMF has owned the lanes for about 15 years. Just within the past week, the bowling alley had posted a "Help Wanted" ad on Craigslist. WSJM is trying to get an explanation from AMF for the closure.
