Pscholka To Co-Chair House Committee Hearings On Health Exchanges

State Representative Al Pscholka has a slew of questions about what is going to be expected of Michigan with the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling upholding President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Pscholka says if this is a federal tax, one of the biggest questions he has is why do states have to be involved at all in setting up health care exchanges?
