A detour on Napier Avenue in Saint Joseph between Niles Road and Langley will take effect on Thursday. City Engineer Tim Zebell tells WSJM that traffic will remain open on the road for those heading west...but eastbound traffic will be rerouted through Botham to Morton to Langely. The project should be finished by the end of summer:
Zebell says that they're resurfacing the road and doing some sewer work. Around 15 thousand cars pass through that little stretch of Napier every day.
