The search for the next village manager of Stevensville is in full swing, now that the council has received 41 resumes from interested applicants. Village President Lori Gibson tells us that the deadline for those who wanted the job to apply was Tuesday. Now, a committee of the village council has to sort through the resumes:
She says that she's pleased by the strong response to the job positing. Former Stevensville Village Manager Joe Sobieralski left to be the manager of Bangor. Gibson says that Stevensville has received resumes from as far away as Florida and Washington state.
