There's a road project coming up in Saint Joseph that's going to affect a whole lot of drivers. Starting in the next few weeks, they'll be repaving Napier Avenue between Langley and Niles Road. Saint Joe City Engineer Tim Zebell says that crews will be starting with some storm sewer work, so the road portion of the project is a couple weeks off. After that, expect a detour:
Zebell says that the project should be finished by the end of August. Residents near there are being notified, as Zebell says plenty of traffic goes through the affected portion of Napier -- about 15 thousand cars a day.
