It's another scorcher not only in southwest Michigan but the entire Midwest. Our listening area is under an excessive heat warning from the National Weather Service through Saturday evening, and the heat extends from Kentucky north to a line from Muskegon to Bay City, as far east ad central Ohio and Detroit and as far west as Iowa, Minnesota and part of South Dakota. We're looking at high temperatures today of 101, 103 tomorrow and then slipping back into the upper 80s by Sunday. StormTeam16's extended forecast calls for a drop below our normal high of 83 by next Wednesday and the possibility of ran and highs in the 70s by next weekend.
