Recreational boating fatalities last year reached their highest level since 1998, and police say that's partly because of drunken boating. So, agencies across the country are holding another Operation Dry Water this weekend to enforce alcohol laws. Sergeant Chad Jahr, with the Van Buren County Sheriffs Department Marine Division, says that extra patrols will be out all over the area:
