It looks like Michigan is holding its own again in the Midwest as more people relocate to the state for jobs, according to a recent study by Atlas Van Lines. In the company's latest migration study, a roughly equal number of people moved into Michigan as moved away in 2011. State Senator John Proos says he's glad to hear it:
