Thrill On The Hill Being Held Despite Warm Weather

City officials in Buchanan are reminding people that their inaugural "Thrill on the Hill" is still on, despite the lack of snow. It starts tonight with an event from 6 to 9 p.m. and then gets back going again tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tickets for tonight's event are 10 dollars and are good for both days, while Saturday the price drops to three-bucks. Contests will be held tomorrow from 2 to 4, with the winners announced for Wacky Hat, Sizzling Summer Outfit, Most Spirited and Ugly Sweater at 4:30. The city had to bring in snow that had been piled up in area parking lots to make the tube run down the hill due to the warm weather we've had lately.
