Another court victory for Harbor Shores. This week, the Federal Court of Appeals rules that the development did not violate environmental and permitting rules in order to locate part of its golf course in Benton Harbor's Jean Klock Park. The ruling comes after testimony that was taken last year in a suit bought by several individuals against the city of Benton Harbor, the National Parks Service, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Wendy Dant Chesser, with Cornerstone Alliance, tells WSJM that this latest court win further speaks to the benefits of Harbor Shores:
