A Berrien Springs woman died in a traffic accident at the intersection of M-140 and Deans Hill Road in Berrien Township Friday afternoon at just before 4:30. The woman, not identified yet, was driving a small car eastbound on Dean Hills and police say she failed to yield at the intersection. Her car was hit by a car driven by a man from Berrien Center. He wasn't injured. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger was injured and transported to Niles Lakeland Hospital.
