Is there a split developing among the Republican majority in the U.S. House? The question was put to Congressman Fred Upton, based on several GOP Representatives voting for someone other than John Boehner for speaker. Upton downplayed any possible rift, and says Boehner wants to unify the party.
Upton says it only takes about a dozen members of the House Republican caucus to fall away from the party line this term to quote, "cause some trouble."
