Two Killed In Cass County Accident

A single-car crash in Cass County has claimed the lives of two men. The sheriff's department says 19-year-old Gabriel Spencer-Forsyth of Tennessee was driving very fast on Chapel Hill Street in Porter Township around 9:15 Tuesday night when he lost control and slammed into a tree. He was killed along with 20-year-old Kevin Shupert of Elkhart, Indiana. Police say 19-year-old Ross Gambill of Osceola, Indiana survived and is being treated at a South Bend hospital. Gambill and Shupert were wearing seat belts, while the driver was not buckled in. Both of the young men who died were pronounced dead at the scene.
