The casino concert circuit has traditionally been the haven for bands and artists whose chart-topping days were well past them. The Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo is challenging that with the acts the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians has been able to draw to the Silver Creek Event Center. The latest announcement is pop-rockers Train, who hit number-one on the Billboard charts in 2010 with "Hey Soul Sister," which also topped the charts in 14 other countries. The San Francisco-based band won a pair of Grammy Awards just after bursting onto the national scene in 2001. Other hits include "Drops of Jupiter," "Save Me San Francisco" and "Marry Me." Tickets for the July 11th concert start at $100 each before Ticketmaster fees are added, and go on sale Friday morning at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Other bigger names that have played Four Winds recently include country group Little Big Town in 2012, Sheryl Crow the same year. Legends who have played the venue include Smokey Robinson and Rod Stewart.
