Now entering its second decade, the Ice Breaker Festival begins Friday in South Haven. The three day winter event offers something for the whole family. Planned is an ice sculpting competition, two chili cook-off's, outdoor ice skating and as always the Pub Slide. For the bars, restaurants and pubs that participate, they'll be specials and live music all weekend. Kathy Wagaman of the Chamber of Commerce tells WSJM's Brenda Layne some bars that are closed for winter will be opened.
