Teen Charged In Van Buren County Crime Spree

An 18-year-old Paw Paw man is now facing multiple charges for a crime spree in Van Buren County earlier this month. Rodolfo Solis has been arraigned on eight counts including felony charges of breaking and entering and unlawful driving away or use of an automobile. Solis has also pled guilty to a probation violation charge and was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 11 days already served. He is due back in court on November 11. On October 21, he was arrested at a Paw Paw house during a home invasion. Police found a stolen Jeep crashed nearby, and found that Solis had the key for it. He is accused of stealing money from another vehicle next door to where the Jeep was stolen.
