St. Joseph Township Police are trying to identify a man captured on surveillance video committing larceny. Not many details have been released by the department as yet, including where the incident took place. The surveillance photos were captured on April 25, shortly after 1 p.m. The suspect is African-American, bald, with a medium build and possibly a mustache. He was driving a late model maroon and grey Ford Explorer.
