Southwestern Michigan College will unveil its new bookstore, alumni center and history gallery later this month. College President Dr. David Mathews tells WSJM News it came about through an initiative to transform student services.
To provide the new services, the bookstore had to be moved out and rebuilt. A ribbon cutting and grand opening for the store will be held March 11 on the SMC campus in Dowagiac. The college services will be opened in early July.
