A South Haven man is now facing four charges related to a fatal accident in May that claimed the life of his cousin. 22-year-old Erik Woodall is in the Van Buren County Jail and held on a million-dollar bond. He's been charged with second degree murder, operating while intoxicated causing death, carrying a concealed weapon and felony firearm. Police have determined there was "intentional contact" between his vehicle and that of 25-year-old Jason Woodall, also from South Haven, back on May 28. Investigators said three months ago at the time of the accident that the younger Woodall was combative with EMS and police at the scene. The two cousins were driving along County Road 687 in Geneva Township near South Haven when the accident happened.
